A professional Italian barista will show you how to pour a heart.


Also learn the technique of frothing milk to make a

to prepare the perfect cappuccino.

For the best atmosphere and more practice time, the course has a maximum of 3 participants.


This workshop is for anyone working in the hospitality industry . (Requirement: at least 6 months of experience with a portafilter coffee machine.)

Program:

Understanding the composition of milk and the function of its components (mainly proteins and fats) in frothing, as well as the quality and stability of the foam.

Cappuccino Italiano - the right preparation

Demonstration of the correct techniques for creating milk foam with the correct consistency and temperature. Understanding the possible reasons why milk might not foam.

Demonstration of the ability to pour a “Latte Art” pattern.

Learn the "Latte Art" technique to pour a heart.

Barista Trainer Team :

The course was developed by Mr. Ferrandina (Italian roaster and barista with 15 years of expertise in the world of coffee; qualified hotel, tourism, and hospitality professional).

Course duration : 6 hours (3 hours day 1 + 3 hours day 2)
