CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with this cancellation policy. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Key Word GmbH, Wickenburggasse 4 Top 1, – 1080 Vienna, kundenservice@cambiocaffe.com by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In the declaration you must provide bank details for the refund of the amounts paid.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

The right of withdrawal applies to all purchased products, including any accessories (it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase only partially).The purchased product:
Must be complete and returned in its original packaging. Any warranty seals must also be intact.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, or unused. Furthermore, avoid attaching adhesive tape or labels directly to the original packaging.
Consequences of revocation
The responsibility for transport lies solely with the customer until the goods are verifiably received at our warehouse in 1080 Vienna, Florianigasse 12.
Key Word will refund the amount paid as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The amount will be transferred directly to the bank account you provided.You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Key Word is not obligated to issue a refund if it is determined that the product was received without its outer packaging and/or original packaging. In the event of a product being returned in a damaged condition, the customer may request that Key Word return the product, provided that the shipping costs, which are borne solely by the customer, are paid to Key Word in advance.
