Contact with Us

If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

Only ordinary data is processed. The presence of data classified as “sensitive” (within the meaning of the GDPR) will result in the immediate deletion of the respective message, submission, or communication possibly transmitted by the user.

Method of Data Processing and Storage:

Data processing is carried out using paper, magnetic storage media, IT systems, and telematic systems.

The processing logic is strictly linked to the purpose for which the user has provided the data and is carried out in compliance with the applicable legal framework at the time. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. In accordance with the applicable law, the processing of website users' data is carried out in a correct, lawful, transparent manner and with due regard for confidentiality.

When you use our website for informational purposes only (i.e., without registering or otherwise transmitting information), we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). In such cases, we also reserve the right to forward the data to law enforcement authorities.

Data During the Purchase Process

We point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection holder within cookies, as well as the name, gender, email address, phone number, address of the buyer, and purchased products or services.

Data required for payment processing, such as credit card numbers and bank details, are collected directly by the payment service provider, which we have commissioned as a data processor.

We do not store any bank or credit card data.

The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for:

• transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of charging the purchase price

• the logistics and transport/shipping company commissioned by us for delivery

• the company commissioned to operate the webshop

• our commercial agents

• our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations

Photos and/or videos recorded during workshops organized by us may only be recorded, stored, and published on Facebook and/or our website with specific written consent.

Consent for processing for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial offers is entirely optional.

Personal data may be transferred to third parties to comply with legal obligations, based on instructions issued by authorized public authorities, or to assert or defend legal claims.

Outside of these purposes, data may only be transferred to third parties with the user's explicit consent and with the right to object at any time.

After cancellation of the purchase process, the stored data will be deleted. In the case of a concluded contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). Data such as name, address, email, phone number, purchased goods, and purchase date will additionally be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for contract performance) GDPR.

Processing in connection with the web services of this website takes place at the client’s registered office in 1090 Vienna, Nußdorferstraße 6, or on servers located in data centers within the European Union, and is carried out by authorized technical personnel or service providers commissioned for maintenance.

We may also entrust the processing of all or part of user data to third-party hosting providers, provided they are based within the European Union and are commissioned in accordance with GDPR.
