Our Story The name Cambio (Italian for “change” or “transformation”) reflects our philosophy of continuous improvement and our commitment to excellence. Our company was founded as an extension of an Italian business established in 2005, carrying forward its tradition and passion for high-quality coffee. The founding partners come from the hospitality industry and have strong professional backgrounds and specialization in gastronomy, tourism, and hotel management. Over the years, we have gained extensive experience in education and training—particularly through our Accademia, where we have provided courses for both professional baristas and coffee enthusiasts. At the same time, we have continuously developed our expertise in producing premium coffee, highly appreciated by customers and hospitality professionals across Austria. Since 2015, we have successfully offered premium barista catering services in Austria, bringing the excellence of Italian coffee culture directly to events and special occasions. Our coffee beans are roasted in Mortegliano del Friuli (Udine), where quality, experience, and craftsmanship form the foundation of every single product.
